Unsure about size? Try this homely old trick:
1) Place both of your feet on the top of the sheet of paper and encircle their contour;
2) Measure the length of the resulting shape from point A to point B. In case the length differs between the feet, the bigger measurement will determine a suitable size.
3) Use this table to convert your measurements into a size
